Dylan began his writing career working underneath writer director Terry George, IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, MY LEFT FOOT, and HOTEL RWANDA. After two years working for Terry, he left and joined Leonard Goldberg’s producing team where he helped develop blockbuster films like Charlie’s Angels. For the last 8 years he's worked as the Head of Development for Rocket Science Laboratories and Angel City Factory creating hit reality shows for both the U.S. and international markets. In 2012, Dylan launched his own company Affirmed Content and currently has production deals with Fremantle Media, Discovery, and All3 Media.

Additionally, Cohen produced THE SOULER OPPOSITE starring Christopher Meloni and Janel Moloney, which premiered at the AFI Film Festival. Cohen co-produced HOW TO KILL YOUR NEIGHBOR’S DOG starring Kenneth Branagh and Robin Wright Penn which screened at the Toronto International Film Festival. Cohen served as consulting producer on the independent film, LIVING ‘TIL THE END which made its premiere at the Hampton Film Festival in October 2004. Cohen also served as the producer of SEPTUPLETS and AN AMERICAN TOWN for 20th Century Fox Television, and co-produced the feature films REPLICANT with Jean Claude Van Damme; FOERVER LULU starring Melanie Griffith and Patrick Swayze; OCTOBER 22 and “THEY CAME AT NIGHT. Cohen started her film career at Brian de Palma’s Fetch Productions. The feature films SCARFACE and BODY DOUBLE were produced during her tenure.
Cohen earned a Bachelor of Fine and Communication Arts with honors from Loyola Marymount University, is a native of Coronado, California and currently resides in Los Angeles.
Tani is currently producing NO PAY, NUDITY, directed by Lee Wilkof; starring Gabriel Byrne, Nathan Lane and Frances Conroy. She recently executive-produced SIX LETTER WORD, written and directed by Lisanne Sartor, starring Rumer Willis. The film was selected for presentation at the American Pavilion (emerging filmmakers) as part of the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and recently screened at the 2013 Telluride Film Festival. Preceding this, she executive produced DAVID AND GOLIATH directed by George Zaver, starring Billy Burke (TWILIGHT), and she produced TELL TALE starring Carla Gugino, Jesse Spencer and Adam Arkin, for British director Greg Williams.
Tani Cohen produced with HBO, the feature documentary MR. CONSERVATIVE: GOLDWATER on GOLDWATER with CC Goldwater, Sheila Nevins and Nancy Abraham. The critically acclaimed film received a 2007 Emmy nomination. Prior to this Cohen produced the MGM released feature film THE DUST FACTORY starring Hayden Panettiere, Armin Mueller-Stahl and Ryan Kelley. Cohen received an Emmy
Her other work as an actor includes having been a television-series regular on YOU AGAIN, ALL IS FORGIVEN, HOTEL, FIRST AND TEN, DREAM ON, and BEGGARS AND CHOOSERS as well as multiple movies made for television. In films, she made her debut in the disco classic THANK GOD IT’S FRIDAY. Her other films include, WELCOME HOME ROXY CARMICHAEL, BAR HOPPING and ROCK STAR. She is a long time improvisor and performs yearly with various groups.
Valerie has worked as an on set coach for both actors and directors in films that include THE STONE ANGEL with Ellen Burstyn and GRETA with Hilary Duff. She travels extensively teaching at colleges and universities as well as conducting her own workshops for actors, writers and directors. She is an adjunct faculty member at UCLA, The Maine Media Workshop and has been guest lecturer at multiple institutions. She created MASTER CLASS for Euro Disney and is part of the International faculty of The Asian Academy of Film and Television in New Delhi, India.
Although she has a very large body of work, with 30 years working as an actor, director and writer, most of the world knows Valerie as DORIS SCHWARTZ from the television series FAME. She became a globally recognized star in a role that moved deeply into the hearts of people young and old, inspiring both professional artists and artists yet to be realized.
Having resided mostly on the other side of the camera for the last seventeen years, Valerie recently entered the wonderful world of short form films with TRIXIE’S SCORE, premiering at Holly Shorts festival and picked up distribution by Shorts International. As a Writer/Director she penned BELTERS for Portfolio Films America; created THE MONEY SHOT, optioned by Lion’s Gate Television; AN UNEXPECTED GIFT for The Hallmark Channel and NORWEGIAN WOOD, a teen comedy for Kinetic Arts. Valerie directed the action-thriller BOUND BY LIES, with Kristie Swanson and Stephen Baldwin for Lightening Entertainment.
